From 2000 to 2006, returned to work in Portugal, doing minor exploration geology work and intense work in H&S, after necessary courses to acquire qualification.
Last job as project manager for Syrah Resources on the Balama Graphite Deposit managing a team of 3 geologists 3 field technicians and around 60 local laborers.
Around 9000m of core drilled from June 2012 to November 2012. Core logged cut (1/4) and sampled on site, dispatched to Lab, allowing first reserve statement in early 2013.
Also supporting and guiding camp manager on camp construction and running.
In less than one year the team brought an undrilled prospect to a JORC compliant resource.
Prior to Mozambique, in Burkina Faso working for ACC International Holdings, preparing and planning the mapping, sampling and RC drill program that increased resource from 250k to 848kOz Au.
